Litigation is a special discipline, both concerning the written preparation, the
strategic considerations during the process and the actual proceedings in court.

At Damkjær Lauritzen we have many years of experience with conducting cases before the
ordinary courts in all instances and corresponding experience with cases presented in industrial
arbitration courts, the Labor Court (in Danish: Arbejdsretten) and the Civil Servant Court
(in Danish: Tjenestemandsretten).

We assist in all stages of the process and in that context highly emphasize a close dialogue with the client on the development and management of the case in order to reach the best possible result. When the case is concluded, we give our advice on the consequences of the court ruling.

We also assist with settlement of disputes through mediation.
