We advise public employers in handling all legal issues related to employment and labor law. We assist in both the ongoing employee administration, interpretation and understanding of rules, regulations and collective agreements, as well as managing the questions and challenges that can arise in relation to the individual employees.

When a legal dispute cannot be settled amicably, we represent public clients in the ordinary courts, the Labor Court (in Danish ”Arbejdsretten”), the Civil Servant Court (in Danish ”Tjenestemandsretten”) and in industrial arbitration courts. We also have significant experience in assisting, if a case is brought before an appeal board.

We teach courses in relevant issues and subjects related to employment and labor law for public employers and facilitates professional networks.
