Casper Lauritzen advises both public and private employers on all aspects of employment and labor law and affiliated areas. Having advised public and semi-public employers for years, Casper has gained significant experience inter alia with public collective agreements, civil servants law (in Danish: tjenestemandsret) and employee matters in relation to public bids and business transfers. Casper does also advise in the field of administrative law, personal data protection law, and other formal rules, which applies to public employers.
Furthermore, Casper advises private employers and executive managers on employment and labor law and has substantial experience with employment and dismissal processes, incentive schemes and business transfers/M&A amongst other subjects.
Casper is in addition an experienced litigator, and has throughout many years represented clients in both district courts and High Courts, the Civil Servant Court and in industrial arbitration courts etc.
Casper is often used as speaker and teacher, and has taught in both collective labor law, personal data in employee relations, business transfers and discrimination law, amongst other subjects.
Casper has right of audience before the Danish Upper High Courts (in Danish: Landsretten) Moreover, Casper is an external lecturer in employment law at the University of Copenhagen.
